No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy

Description:

“No Show” shall mean any client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” shall mean any client who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any client who arrives at their appointment 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for their scheduled appointment.

Policy:

It is the policy of Rebelle Eleganz LLC to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Our goal is to provide excellent care for each client in a timely manner.  If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are recommended to call or leave a message at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments and time for other clients.

Procedure:

          I.               A client is notified of the appointment “No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy” at the time of scheduling. This policy can and will be provided in writing to clients at their request.

        II.               Established clients:

A.       Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.  If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment a $25.00 fee will be due upon arrival of the next appointment.

B.       In the event a client arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment and cannot be seen by the injector on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future visit, if available. If appointments are not yet available for their injector, a reminder will be placed for the client to make a future appointment once the schedule opens.

C.      In the event a patient has incurred three (3) documented “no-shows” and/or “same-day cancelation”, the client may be subject to dismissal and will no longer utilize our service.

      III.               New Clients:

Scheduled appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the

A.       Scheduled appointment time a $40.00 fee will be due upon arrival of the next appointment.

B.       In the event of the client arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment, Rebelle Eleganz LLC reserves the right to reschedule at the nearest available date.

C.      In the event of three (3) documented “same-day cancellations,” the client may be subject to dismissal for our services.

Aesthetic Party:

Please be advised that we require a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled aesthetic party. A fee of $100.00, which is non-refundable, must be paid at the time of reservation. This deposit will be applied to the Host's treatment payment if the party is not cancelled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative date or time.

**I reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patients who have demonstrated disregard of the cancellation policy. **

**We have the discretion to waive the policy fee, which allows us to ensure fairness and equity for all**
