  • Refunds are not provided for any services rendered. Aesthetic results may vary among individuals, and while we make every effort to attain the desired outcome, we cannot guarantee it. Additional treatments required to achieve desired results are the responsibility of the clients.

  • Regarding retail products, refunds are not offered for purchased items. Defective products can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days.
